$250, 15 mins, 10 digital images included (with option to choose additional images for purchase). There is a daily permit fee for photography that I will cover, but please note there is also admission required for each adult (16 and over, children 15 and under receive free entry) that can be paid in a few days in advance by clients on the Arboretum’s website- please take advantage of this and make a day of it if you’d like. This weekend gets very busy at the Arboretum because of the short window of time the crabapples bloom, please plan to arrive at the Arboretum gates about an hour before your session start time, to allow time to drive back and find parking. The planned date is Saturday, May 9th. For a rain-out, the rescheduled date would be Monday evening, May 11th between 4:00PM-7:30PM (so as not to interfere with Mother’s Day plans for anyone on May 10th).
Please know that right now, this is the best estimation of the date these will be in bloom, based on last year’s session (was held on May 10th). Weather conditions could play a factor in when the crabapples bloom this year, so tentatively it could be a week sooner, or a week later. When booking please keep this in mind that Saturday, May 2nd, or Saturday, May 16th (at same time of day) may be backup if bloom dates are early or late this year in 2026. I will be updating here and by email to booked clients as soon as I receive more updates from the Arboretum on the status of the blooms.

A 50% non-refundable down payment ($125.00) is required to book your session time- please note this deposit is a specific commitment to this date and time, and is not able to be transferred to a different mini session date.
